Day 1
So, yesterday was my first day on the 90 Day Challenge. I heard that the first three days are the hardest. But so far, this has been..... not easy... but easier than I expected. I only felt hungry in mid afternoon, so I had a yougurt and a cheese string. I went to the store and got some other snacks too. Some low calorie granola bars, some fruit, and some other healthy snacks. I had a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch, and chicken with carrots and brocolli for dinner. I also weighed and measured myself, and made a chart to keep track of everything. I have set my small goal of weight loss to anything under 200lbs. My ultimate goal I think will be somewhere around 170. I will post "before" pictures soon. Incase you were wondering. I first weighed in at 223lbs. Scary, I know. But before long hopefully I hit my first goal!!!!
